Wow! Last month, I literally increased my earnings from less than $1 dollar a month to over $10 last month. That is an increase of more than 10 times. This month, I have already earned more than $4 and I believe I will more than surpass the $10 I earned last month.
So what did I do differently? And what can you do to achieve the same results?
5 Steps
There are five things I started doing differently last month, and I have framed them into a 5 step process that you can follow:
Step 1: Attract
Choose your picture and your title well. Similar to any ad, your picture and your title need to catch the attention of the reader and create the interest in them to want to read more. If the reader does not stop and read your article, then you have no chance of monetizing it.
I often describe this as “finding your purple cow.” As people have come to associate cows as being black with white patches, a cow that is purple in color will definitely pique a person’s interest as it is unusual and get them to stop to read more. And once they have stopped, the title will then pull them to click on the article. Juxtaposing the picture against the title is also a good way to create the purple cow effect.
