Life lesson: The perfect 10 at the bar
While we hate to admit it, our success in life is determined more by the circumstances surrounding it then our actions. Take the example of being at the bar on a night out.
At the bar, you have a higher chance of talking up someone perceived as a “perfect 10” than those perceived as 7s or 8s. This is because many will feel that the perfect 10s are out of their league and will not try. This results in the perfect 10s being approached less, making them in turn more open to engaging with the few that dare.
It is the same in life — opportunities favor those who dare to reach for higher aspirations.
