My Top 10 Reflections from 2022
As we approach the end of 2022, I did a stocktake of my postings on Medium. In 2022, I posted a total of 165 reflections (averaging 12.75 a month). Sharing my reflections: (a) helps me crystalize my thoughts; (b) I hope helps others learn from my experience; and (c) serves as a journal for my future reflections.

1. Forward Singapore
For Singapore to survive as a nation into the next century, Singaporeans need to have three responsibilities — personal, social, and collective.
2. Life’s 30–40–30 rule
Don’t win the battle but lose the war. Oftentimes in life, it is better to remain silent as you can never change the minds of those that hate you.
