A guide to being the “right” person for the job
Job searching can feel like dating. You send out profiles (your resume), try to make a good first impression (your cover letter), and hope to get called back (the interview). But behind all this is one key question employers are trying to answer: Are you a fit?
The term “fit” might sound vague, but hiring managers actually evaluate candidates across three distinct dimensions:
